We have tried several different espresso makers and given our reviews below. These machines are of all different price points, with different features. We have found the automatic espresso machines to be the best.

Krups XP4030 Pump Espresso Machine, Black - 15 bar pump machine with thermoblock heating. It also has an easy transition between espresso machine and cappucinos. This coffee maker holds a single, double or ESE pod. This is a very easy machine to use and an easy way to get your daily dose of caffeine.

Krups Allegro Espresso Makers - 4-bar steam espresso machine that makes espressos, cappucinos and lattes. This machine is easy to use and to clean and doesn't take up too much counter space in your kitchen. The best part about this machine is the price which is very reasonable. It doesn't have alot of bells and whistles but it makes a nice cup of espresso and that is what matters.

Krups XP7225 Compact Fully Automatic Espresso Machine - Ok this is one of their pricier models but it makes making espressos and cappucinos a breeze. It ginds and brews and tamps just by pressing a button. It also has a built in grinder and steamer. I love how easy this is to use. I didn't have to look at the directions once and the machine seems very sturdy so I didn't mind spending the extra money on this model.

Krups XP9000 Super-Automatic Espresso Machine and Coffee Center, Charcoal - Ok this is the motherload. Jumping up a price point, this espresso machine has all of the bells and whistles that you could possibly want. It automatically grinds, tamps, brews, and even disposes of the grinds. You can customize the strength of the coffee and the cup size with the push of a button. It features a 15-bar pump, conical burr grinder and removeable water tank and of course a steam nozzle. You can use whole beans or ground coffee and get a perfect cup of coffee just by pressing a button.

I hope this helps you in deciding which krups espresso machine to purchase. A major factor will probably come down to price, as all of the machines in this line are fairly good. The other factor is how passionate you are about your coffee and how long you need your machine to last. The pricier varieties are usually made of sturdier materials and tend to last long. They also give you more features. I love the automatic machines because I like to drink my espresso and go first thing in the morning. I don't have time to pour, grind and clean my machine before heading out to work. If time is an issue you may want to consider one of the automatic coffee makers.
